How long does shipping take?
Our processing time is 2-9 days depending on order demand. The shipping process then depends on where it is going. Within Australia, shipping generally takes 1-5 days after your order has been sent depending on if delays occur. For international orders, please contact us for estimated delivery dates.

Where do you source your crystals from?
We consciously source crystals from all over the world. We try our best to ensure that the products we receive are high quality & authentic, as well as enquire about the ethical practices of our suppliers. Currently, we source our crystals from Australia, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Peru, China and Pakistan.
How do you maintain sustainability in your packaging?
We strive to keep our packaging eco-friendly, recyclable and sustainable. Every order is packed with lots of love & a little gift for you. With 100% recyclable cardboard boxes, bio-degradable packing peanuts, honeycomb hex wrap, biodegradable wrapping paper, we ensure that we stay low-waste to try our best not to endanger the environment as a business.
