Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and varies based on the size and weight of your crystal(s), as well as your destination country. Rates typically range from $6–$11.
Refunds/Returns
Whirl Crystals is not required to offer a refund or return if you change your mind after your order has shipped. Returns aren't accepted without prior contact. If an item is sent back without reaching out to us first, we won't be able to offer a refund.
Refunds are only offered if:
- Your crystal arrives damaged, or
- Your crystal has been mislabeled
