How long does shipping take?

Our processing time is 2-9 days depending on order demand. The shipping process then depends on the shipment's destination. Within Australia, shipping generally takes 1-5 days after your order has been sent. For international orders, please contact us for estimated delivery dates. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

How do Open Box's work?

Use the code OPENBOX at checkout to remove the shipping fee and keep your order open. You can keep adding more orders with the same code — we'll hold them together to ship as one parcel.

When you're ready to receive all your gems, place your final order without the code (so shipping applies), and write "Close the box" in the order notes. We'll pack and ship everything together from there.

Can I get a refund/return?

Whirl Crystals does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Refunds at Whirl Crystals are only offered if:

1. Your crystal arrived damaged

2. Your crystal has been mislabeled

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Whirl Crystals is based in Australia, but we ship worldwide and have sent our crystals to countries across the globe.

Where do you source your crystals from?

We source our crystals from all over the world, carefully partnering with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to high quality and authenticity. Each crystal is curated, personally selected and inspected before becoming part of the Whirl Crystals collection.

Currently, we source our crystals from Australia, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Peru, China and Pakistan.

How do you maintain sustainability in your packaging?

We strive to keep our packaging eco-friendly, recyclable and sustainable. Every order is thoughtfully packed with lots of love. With 100% recyclable cardboard boxes, bio-degradable packing peanuts, honeycomb hex wrap and re-used bubble wrap, we ensure that we stay low-waste in order to not endanger the environment as a business the best we can.

Hi, I'm Ema — the proud founder of Whirl Crystals.

A few years ago, I went through a challenging chapter in life that left me feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from myself. I was searching for something that could help me feel empowered, more grounded, and bring me back to me again.

I found myself watching crystal live shows, chatting with strangers who felt like friends and unboxing my earthy gems. It became more than just a distraction, it became a ritual and the start of my healing journey.

Somewhere along the way, crystals became a meaningful grounding tool. They gave me moments of calm, something to look forward to, and a gentle reminder to breathe and connect with myself during a time when I needed it most. That's when I thought— why not share this experience for other people too?
