✧ Whirl Crystal's processing time is 2-9 days depending on order demand. Please understand this is an independently owned one woman business, patience is much appreciated, but please contact us if you have any issues with shipping ♡ 

✧ Shipping prices vary on the size and weight of each crystal. Shipping will also vary with different countries. Calculated at checkout, ranging between $6 - $11.

Refunds/Returns

✧ We are not required to offer you a refund or return if you change your mind after your order has been sent out. Whirl Crystals will still do the best they can to assist you with your order.

✧ Returns are not accepted, if an item is returned without contacting us prior, we unfortunately won't be able to offer you a refund.

✧ However, if an item arrives damaged please contact us.
